​Charles Sparkman, Scholarship Recipient

Sparkman , a Summa Cum Laude TSU Graduate with a 3.8 GPA  and B.S. in Communication was an Academic All-American.  He was 2010-2011 Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) Academic Medal of Honor Award Winner. (Award  given to OVC athletes who letter in one or more sports and earn a 4.0 GPA for two semesters in the same academic year).  He is a graduate of Pearl High School and RealSports Leadership Academy in Nashville, Tennessee. Presently, Mr. Sparkman is Executive Director of Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Hendersonville, Tennessee.
